$120 for Individual Counseling
(50 minutes session)
$160 for Family Counseling
(60-75 minutes session)
$30 for Group counseling
(90 minutes session)

Insurance Information
Our staff will be happy to assist you in determining your health insurance or employee benefits. As a courtesy to you, our staff will bill your insurance provider for you. However, you are responsible for paying all co-pay and co-insurance at the time of your visit. Acceptable forms of payment include cash and cashier’s check. Keep in mind that we are not responsible for any changes made by your health insurance or employee plan.
*We accept various insurance carriers, please call for more information if you would like to use your health insurance benefits.
Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hours notice for cancellation of a session. This is to allow the time to offer the appointment to another client. Please note that I do reluctantly use debt collection services for unpaid invoices.
